I have pasted the code into a Rich Text page (Sandvox Pro) using Edit > Edit Raw HTML... 

Note: Cannot have vertical and horizontal bars on the same page. Doesn't work as expected when clicking on a video to play. I expected it to play next to the thumbnail. Sandvox doesn't like the code. I have to keep quiting and re-launching Sandvox for it to play nice.
