The original QuickTime MOV of this screencast, as Exported from Screenflow, does not play on the iPhone. Here, I've  converted the MOV to MP4 and made it iPhone friendly using VisualHub. I uploaded the MP4 with an FTP client and linked to the video movie source using the Inspector. The original QuickTime MOV dimensions are 720 x 450, this video is showing at 640 x 350.
