There is a Hidden Preference for Sandvox that is set in the Terminal to turn off 'Callouts' in an index Collection Page. A Callout is a Pagelet that 'floats' in the text area of a page rather than in the sidebar. 'Contact Me' is a Pagelet. 'This is a Callout Pagelet' is a Callout Pagelet.

--To *not* allow callouts to be shown in a general index

Copy and paste this as plain text into the Terminal:

defaults write com.karelia.Sandvox allowCalloutsInIndex -bool NO

Normally callouts from a page are shown when that content is shown in its enclosing index, such as in a weblog.
-->But this can create an unwanted space.
