I had hoped to create step-by-step files another way that isn't working for me. This test is using Sandvox from start to finish. It hits the 320px image width problem that I have worked around using an image 'popout zoom' on Step 2.
It is laborious, copying and pasting the text and images from the original 'how to' document but it might have to be the final way.

1. Go to the cPanel > Domains section
1.1 Click on Subdomains
2. Fill in the details

2.1 Give the Subdomain a name
2.2 By default this field is filled with the Subdomain name e.g. public_html/stepbystep. I chose to have the folder place inside the Addon Domain, isawhow.com
2.3 Click Create
3. Confirmation
If all goes well, you will see a confirmation that the SubDomain has been created.
