I have discovered that the banner comes *above* the text and *is* centred if you are *not* editing the bz.js file on the server as described in the Aquafadas wiki. This makes adding the banner even less fuss AND the slideshow works on the iPhone without any edits.
My example site without editing the bz.js file is here:
www.isawhow.com/_tests/bannerzest-food-750/
My example site *with* the bz.js file edited is here:
www.isawhow.com/_tests/bannerzest-food/
My original instructions to add the BannerZest header and edit the bz.js file describe the other method.
My Notes:
- I made the BannerZest banner width 750px to fit within the Sandvox 771px header.
- Advantage: The Navigation bar *is* visible using this method.
- Advantage: No edits are needed in the bz.js file to make the banner work on both the website *and* the iPhone (if BannerZest Pro 'Alternate' is checked when publishing for BannerZest).
Sandvox BannerZest Header No Edits Update
In BannerZest: Publish the banner to your website site

Click Show HTML
Click 'Copy this code' button for the 'on your website' code

In Sandvox Pro: To see the BannerZest header within Sandvox, Check Show live data feeds

Click Sandvox > Preferences... to open the dialog window.
Close the Preferences window.
Right-click the Header box. Left Click Edit Raw HTML...

Paste the Bannerzest code copied earlier

I pasted the code exactly as copied from BannerZest.
Note 1: I changed the text "Your browser doesn't..." otherwise this appear as the page title in the browser.
Note 2: I added text underneath the pasted code.
Close the Raw HTML window and Publish your Sandvox site.
