The pagelets from the Sidebar have been changed to 'Callouts' using the Inspector for the each Rich Text pagelet.
The Photo pagelets on the right have been left unchanged.
The images above have been dragged and dropped into the text area of the home page from Finder.
Note: not all designs will add the Callouts on the opposite site of the page.
