This demonstrate the use of a BannerZest banner pasted into the Header area of a Sandvox Pro site. This banner covers the navigation menu so I have used a collection index pagelet for navigation.
Update: I have discovered a way to do this and *not* cover the navigation menu. I have written what I did in the HowTo - BannerZest Site Header No Edits Update to explain the difference.
